For my Big Data Digital Presentation, I used iMovie, which is the same software that I used for my first digital presentation. I chose to use the same software as before because it was familiar to me, plus, I really liked how my first presentation came out so I figured that since I had more experience, this project would turn out better. Overall, I’d say this project took me around 75 minutes to complete, because it took me a while to figure out what I was going to say, in addition to the amount of time that it took me to find all of the pictures that I wanted to incorporate into my movie. I think I recorded myself about 5 or 6 times before I felt that it sounded clear enough to put into my project. Compared to my first project, I think this one went much smoother in terms of putting everything together. In my first project, I didn’t really know much about what I was doing, it was a little bit of a trial and error sort of thing as I had to play around with iMovie to completely understand what I was working with. In my second project however, I knew exactly what I wanted to do and what my goal was which made it much easier.
I think that this is a really good final project! I did the same format and I personally thought that it was a great way to go about this project. I think that your pictures fit your presentation well. From your first draft, I think that this project is very well developed. Maybe in the future, to just simply add to your presentation, adding music to the background could be a cool touch. Overall, I think that this final project was informative, interesting and east to follow. I really enjoyed this:) Good Job!
